I was disciplend once. Then I took 4 6A contracts (!!!) and stopped out. I don't know what was I thinking?
Scalping CL to reduce the losses and that's it. CL is on choppy mode. I couldn't bear being stopped out dozens of time. I was quite good on scalping actually.
Time to minimize my size and refresh my setup.
It's quite common from my experience that once I cross the line in discipline it gets worse on next day. Like next day I do even worse then that day. You could see that with me not a long ago.
ReplyDeleteSo I believe this today is just follow up on yesterday's battle. Probably it's best to acknowledge that and count yourself as temporarily not fit to trade, until you clear it with yourself.
